Sizing Help - How to measure
Information
We have tried to provide as much information as possible to help you select the correct size. Size charts are provided on each shirt page.
Method One (Measure an existing shirt that fits you well)
Step 1: Lay the buttoned shirt flat on a flat surface. Measure the across the chest 1" below the armhole. Double the measurement
to account for both the front AND back.
Step 2: If you like a close fit, subtract 4 inches from the
shirt measurement. This is your chest size.
Step 3:Find the closest measurement on the sizing chart found on each shirt page.
Method Two (Estimate from actual chest measurement)
Step 1: If you do not already know your chest measurement, measure
the fullest part of your chest. Typically 1" below the arm.
Step 2:Find the closest measurement on the sizing chart found on each shirt page. If you want extra room, buy up a size.

We do not recommend the clients size down from what they would "normally" purchase.
Shipping
Information
We primarily ship
standard shipping order via USPS Priority or UPS Ground and FED EX for air shipments. If you need a day definite delivery (2) Two day or Overnight is strongly recommended.
Shipping costs are based on the number of items ordered. Standard shipping are $9.00 for the first shirt and
$1.90 for each additional. Air charges are additional. Options will be calculated and selectable before check out. If you require a signature, then additional charges of $3.00 will be added upon
shipment of the shirts.
Delivery Information
We try to ship all orders within 24 - 48 hours order placement not including weekends.
In order to keep shipping cost down for all our customers since
customers providing incorrect or incomplete address will
be charged the $10.00 additional address correction fee charged to BeRetro by UPS & Fed Ex.
Post Office Boxes
We will only ship to Post Office Boxes utilizing U.S.P.S. Priority
Mail. If you want express delivery you will need to provide
a street address to utilize one of the express delivery services.
APO/FPO
We will only ship to APO/FPO addresses utilizing U.S.P.S. Priority
Mail. If you want express delivery you will need to provide
a street address to utilize one of the express delivery services.
Note: we cannot provide delivery confirmation for APO/FPO.
Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska
Please select the appropriate Fed Ex shipping for these areas,
otherwise items will be sent via Priority Mail.
International Shipping
We are not processing international orders at this time.
Special Shipping Requests
To arrange for a special shipment request please e-mail info@BeRetro.com
or call Toll Free: 877.295.7848 or Phone: 717.741.5301. We can
arrange to ship your package by any carrier you desire, however,
the shipping cost may be greater than the amount quoted with
the shipping calculator.
Minimum Order
BeRetro.com does not have a minimum order amount. You
can order a single shirt or 10,000 and we will still fill the
order.
Phone Orders
BeRetro.com will be glad to take your order by phone. We ask that you provide
an e-mail address if possible for an order confirmation. When you
receive your order confirmation
it is your responsibility to review the order for accuracy. Please notify customer service immediately if
changes are required.
Customer Satisfaction/Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our product. For returns (non-personalized)
products, please call (717) 741 5301 or email customerservice@BeRetro.com us for a Return Authorization Number.
All returns must be made within 15 days of receipt and exchanges with in 30 days. After 15 days, a 10% restocking fee will apply. After 20 days, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Order of 5 -10 shirts will automatically incur a 10% restocking fee and over 10+ will incur a 20% restocking fee.
No returns with or without an RMA after 30 days or if the garment has been laundered.
No returns with be accepted without an return authorization number.
Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards. Visa, Master Card, American
Express, Discover, Diners Club International. There is no surcharge
for using your credit card to make purchases with BeRetro.com.
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone
number (the address and phone number your credit card bank has
on file for you). Incorrect information may cause a delay in
processing your order. Your credit card will be charged upon
order placement.
Note: On your credit card statement, BeRetro will show up as Bowling Concepts.
You can also place an order with a personal check or money order.
Proceed to the checkout stand to see instructions on how to
place an order with a personal check, or money order. We must
receive payment before your order will be processed.

Gift Certificate
If you are not sure what to get that special person, send them
a BeRetro Gift Certificate.
Available in any amount your heart desires. We'll send out the
certificate along with our website link, reference number and your best wishes.
Printing a Catalog
We would love for your to share the shirts and other items on our web site. Please feel free to print our pages and make a catalog. We are always adding new styles so bookmark and check back frequently. Happy Printing.

Our site uses Authorize.Net
to process secure credit card transactions. Authorize.Net is
one of the most trusted name for internet e-commerce solutions.
When you arrive at the final page of the checkout, you will
be connected to Authorize.Net's secure server. You will then
see the unbroken key or a closed lock at the bottom corner of
your browser (depending on your browser).
When placing an order via the internet, your information is
transmitted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, the
approved industry standard. To check the security of your connection,
look at the lower corner of your browser window as you place
your order. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending

SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF (i) THE USE
BY SUCH USER OF ANY BROWSER OWNED OR OPERATED BY ANY PARTY AND/OR
(ii) THE DOWNLOADING OF ANY SOFTWARE OWNED OR OPERATED BY ANY
THIRD-PARTY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE.
Each user shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining
all telephone, computer hardware, and other equipment needed
for access to and use of the Service, and users shall be responsible
for all charges related thereto. |
